  • Can i have sample before going for bulk orders ?

Yes. Kothari Uniforms will send specimen or sample on payment basis, which is refundable. Returns will be accepted within 15days of the receipt of the order. The 15-day Return Policy at Kothari Uniforms is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied with specimen.

  • What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Courier charges will be informed before sending samples and bulk orders.

  • What is the payment terms?

Advance payment by Cash deposit or Online fund transfer to our account.

  • How long will delivery take?

For Samples – Delivery within 3 to 5 days.

For Bulk Orders – Delivery within 7 to 10days.

  • Is it possible to receive the serial number by email before my package arrives?

Booking details, like courier name, booking date, docket no and weight details will be sent by email or sms.

  • I have approved the sample, what is the next procedure ?

We will check the stock availability of the approved sample. If stocks available, then Proforma invoice will be sent to you for further payment.

  • Can i get reference of your company in my city?

Based on the approval from management, we will send references by email or phone.

  • Can I get my order delivered faster?

You can do this only when placing the order. For faster delivery Air Courier charges will be applicable depending on your location.

  • How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancel the order?

After receiving the item and we forward to our quality and accounts team. Refund amount will be transferred to your account within 4 business days. It will be made in your account by NEFT.

  • I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed?

We have dedicated Logistics team to monitor parcel tracking.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed for 2 to 3 day.

  • What if the products found defective?

Kothari Uniforms will do the replacement for the manufacturing defect or damage products.

  • I haven’t received the invoice for my order?

The invoice for your order has been integrated into the shipment label of your package. Based on your request, Invoices are available anytime post-delivery from your order details.

  • How can I contact ?

All contact details are available on contact page.

  • Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.

  • Why is the tracking information missing on the courier partner’s website?

Tracking information may not be available due to technical issues because of which tracking information is not updated on our or the courier services company’s website.

  • Which courier company will deliver my order? Is it possible to choose my preferred delivery partner?

For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner.
